UK company pension for non-resident director

Hi,

Has anyone here set-up a pension for themselves as a non-resident director or know the best way to go about it.

I own a small cash generating UK Ltd company and want to divert some of the profits into a pension scheme for myself, I am non-resident in the UK and live in the EU.

Any pointers would be great!
