My thoughts too. I have, gently, politely queried what prompted the hospitality, as did Mrs Digga, but there was flat denial of any large losses or bets. Perhaps they just had a place leftover?

AFAIK it was just the once. Although given the grilling, perhaps he'd not let on any other jollies.
