I'd disagree with you on that (in a friendly way). If you look under the battery it clearly states HTC, the fact that it was then branded by O2, Orange, Vodafone (I think) and T-Mobile in the UK market was just making the public happy with a new (relatively?) phone manufacturer.

I had an XDA 2, then XDA Orbit 2.

Windows Mobile was awful.

True, but then again, we were listening to streaming radio, RSS feeds before they were rebranded podcasts by the Apple lot, readng ebooks, watching films on the go and had full GPS nav through bluetooth TomTom units half a decade before the rest of the world caught up.

Them were t' days lad.

HTC put a good skin on it with the touch , i am still using a HTC Touch 2 still smile
