'Please be aware that O2 are experiencing signal outages which are currently affecting the whole of the UK. We have been advised that some customers will experience an error message when trying to make calls, this is intermittent and will not affect all users.
Unfortunately no turnaround time has been advised, please bare with the network as they work on fixing this.'
