Hang on, you wanted to know what i used?

Go to Google and type in 'iOS6 Jailbreak Tethered' and look for the dev team website, it's the Redsn0w program. You'll need to install Cydia afterwards but this is very simple.

All instructions are at iDownloadBlog, i'm happy to help if you get stuck on anything.

Well, after downloading ios6, i decided to try the navigation on the maps app.

It did quite well, except that it seemed slow to keep up with my location whilst travelling.

I would be passed a road before it showed it on the screen was the main gripe.

All in all 8/10 for local known road directions.

My ipad2 has the same battery life it has before. Lasts all day.

I really dislike that App, but from memory both people need to be on the latest version and able to see it each other for Notify to work
