Ordered the one in the 1st post for my 4 year old for Xmas, fingers crossed its not too fragile. I also got a screen protector for it, but still need a fairly sturdy case. Can anyone recommend a case to fit the 7" tablet, that will stand up to a 4 and 2 year old's abuse biggrin

I recommend the Cube U30GT 10.1 inch tablet about US205 shipped. Greate tablet with fast processor and IPS screen. Search the internet and there are load of rom support for this tablet.

Try these guys, I'd bought a couple of 7 inch Ainol Aurora II from them and it took 2 weeks to get to Australia. Aurora II are a great little table as well.

Has anyone bought a Neuropad Ultra, they're only 70-80 quid and I'm seriously tempted at this price.

For something for browsing the web and checking emails it seems a good deal.

Anyone?

Is it worth a punt for 80 quid? As long as its reasonably quick and fairly smooth I think I'll order one.

Yep - arrived on Saturday. Certainly worth the asking price - build quality is passable, one dead pixel in the bottom right of the screen that gets lost in the date / status display clutter, and light pressure on the back of the case gives some rippling on the screen at two specific points. OTG support works OK for external SD cards, haven't tried the HDMI-out yet. *Don't* be tempted to tweak the processor performance over the default - I thought I'd bricked the thing inside of an hour of delivery, as everything started crashing, finally managed to reset it (and there it will stay). Camera app crashes on occasion, but apart from that seems stable enough.

Bought it as a development hack, OpenGL performance is pretty good and that's what I'm interested in - plus access to external SD storage. As a consumer device...well, I'll stick with my full-fat original iPad.

Probably a stupid question but with Bb Playbooks now going fairly cheap, would it be as good generally as the Playbook?
