Isn't that the whole point of being on the Samsung Upgrade Program?

Haha! There is the option to decline the upgrade and just continue paying until the end of the finance agreement. I think you can also just hand it back and just get a different brand

I love the idea of a phone with tiny bezels, but my concern is the fact that it has no physical home button. I currently have an S4, but a couple of years ago replaced in with an HTC M8. I Hated the M8 due to it having no physical home button and the black strip on the screen for the buttons made the screen look tiny so I went back to the S4.

I am desperate to upgrade to the 6.2 inch version of this phone but I have to try it first.

Oh my.

Couple of things to note though:
  1. These new devices look extremely nice, and smaller bezels and more screen is always welcome
  2. I don't mind the extra height in the screen, but why not make a phone just less high and keep 16:9?
  3. This aspect ratio is going to mess with people trying to put a finger on "bigger screen". A 5.7 screen will now be smaller than a 5.5 screen was...
Edited to add: just saw the LG G6 announced the other day:

I took my Samsung into the EE shop a week ago, to get some credit on it. It is from the Philippines, was my daughters and I inherited it. The guy in the store was amazed I'd got a pay as you go flamethrower 7 and took it in the back room to show his buddies....

It is actually a Note 5, but he didn't seem to notice that minor detail. biggrin

Watching it.

"Dust proof, water proof and can use it everywhere in real world conditions".........Just don't fking drop it as the fragile screen will smash and cost a third of the value of the phone to replace.

That seems like an odd phrase, but are they referring to some smartphones shutting down when it gets a bit chilly outside?
