Would appreciate some advice if there is any.

The most recent big 10 update, KB4103714 is causing me massive issues.

In brief, if I install it, when I come to enter a pin number (how I log into windows on 10) the pin number is not recognised, and if I click the link below to try and enter something new the PC simply goes into dumb cursor spinning mode.

I can obviously reboot and it will start from the older updates, but with the cretinous windows update thing you cant tell the damn thing to ignore this update or any others.

So eventually, it will try again. Giving you the do it now, schedule a time, ignore til later thing.

But just now I only got two options, did not select either and it just started shutting down to install the thing.

I have tried now twice to do this and every time the pin number thing happens.

WTF is going on?

There have been reports of this latest update not playing nicely with Avast anti-virus? Could this be your cause?

Interestingly, the latest update seems to have fix my issues with Dropbox not launching and Teamviewer not allow access.

Was doing my head in, restarted yesterday morning after an update and Dropbox just asked me to log in as if it had been there the whole of the last 2 month!!!!
