Sim card that is already active

Im after a sim card that is already activated, does one exist? My daughter has had a 'free' giff gaff sim card but they require you to top up with £10 to activate the number. Any free ones avalable as it's only used for with wifi.

Yes, I can confirm that an old iPhone 3GS will connect wirelessly without the need for a valid SIM card.

What has really astonished me is that all the existing contacts, photos and text messages are also retained, as well as still being able to send and receive emails etc. Am mighty chuffed

My Xperia Z2 does as well. Just use it nowadays for sat nav in the car.
