They are, or certainly user to be, an OCUK partner brand for the highest clocked/highest performing cards on the market. But iirc their RMA process is the same as Gainward or Palit which means having to send stuff off to a 3rd party in Germany for then to hopefully successfully facilitate its return to Taiwan for replacement. They're all brands owned by PNY.

CCL having it listed on their website is long way from being able to get one!
I got my 3070 from them. When the button is green and it says next day delivery that’s a pretty safe bet. It doesn’t stay like that for long which is why I posted when I saw it. I would have gone for the 3080Ti if it was from a top tier vendor, not PalitSo - if I could choose I wouldn't choose Palit first but I would defnitely not be upset having one if that was the option available.
I have "Elite status" with EVGA and that meant we got a 24 hour head start of non Elite status in getting in the queue for the 3080tis. It was am shables of overloaded website issues when they went live but I am in the queue and have decided I will just wait unless I am lucky enough to get a 3090 founders through the nvidia/scan option. Our python code is running 24/7 monitoring Nvidia so maybe we will be lucky soon!
I am wanting the 3080ti/3090 as my main gaming card, not mining,
Cheers

I updated my BIOS (if you have a Ryzen CPU and see your temps going up and down in a sawtooth pattern then this is now fixed and you can get flat temps) so thought I might as well enable resize bar as well. I've got this working now and this is how you do it with an MSI card and an ASUS motherboard:
1. Update GPU VBIOS: https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming/comments/mhcr1...
2. BIOS settings: https://edgeup.asus.com/2021/guide-how-to-enable-r...

Nvidia 3090 Founders Editions had a drop on the website yesterday at 09:48 and stayed in stock till 09:52.
Finally managed to snatch one up.
A 3090 that can mine and perfoms well for gaming seemed like the best solution for me. I also have the EKWB waterblock on order so should be able to get over the hot VRAM temps. Good times.
Did anyone else manage to get one?
Cheers

How is everyone managing to catch the FE cards? I've had the page open since yesterday afternoon and regularly refresh and all cards out of stock. How often are they dropping?
I used this - https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEii3xT81U1A6tLjrQTelegram for desktop - https://desktop.telegram.org/
Then enable notifications. You can put it on your phone too if you need the extra beeping when you get notifications.
I clicked the links provided for the cards I was interested in, take you to special pages on the Scan website, refresh until the page is taken down. Some orders are declined so cards can become available again.
Any 3090 owners wanting some real bling EK water cooling? - https://www.overclock3d.net/news/gpu_displays/ek_s...

My i9/3080 based PC arrived. Very neat build, not had much time to play yet but it's burning through everything I've thrown at it so far.
Great stuff :-).One small intake fan and one small exhaust fan might not really be up to it once you get the machine really under load. You can easily add a second intake fan on the front and a second exhaust fan on the ceiling of the case above the CPU cooler. Just a couple of basic easy to sort out ideas if you are new ish to the game. Cheers and nice one.

There might even be space to fit a nice Corsair Capellix AIO cooler (240/280mm?) in the top of that Fractal case, and allow you to replace block cooler...which might struggle a little with an i9.One small intake fan and one small exhaust fan might not really be up to it once you get the machine really under load. Tragic isn’t it. £384 for a three year old, middle of the road card, albeit new. Amazon - £384 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GeForce-RTX-2060...
