Email Delivery failures but I have not sent the emails
Discussion
Since this morning I have had three emails into spam noting undelivered mail returned to sender. I would appear that the sent email subject is Bitcoin 100.00 Euro and the from address is someone elses name and then my email address and the to appears to be a valid email (last one was to an NHS email).
My email address is firstname@lastname.co.uk through 123-reg and I also use Gmail to send from this email address.
I should say that the sent email is not in my sent box (or deleted box)
Whats going on? Done the usual virus checks and also passwords on everything are via a password keeper and generator so really random.
Is my email address compromised and I need to get rid?

Your email address is being spoofed !
It is unlikely that you have actually been hacked or that anyone know any details associated with your email account.
If its random people that you have never heard of .. then this just means that someone is using your address as the From: address in the email ... makes it look real ! and lets them get passed Spam filters
IF its people that you actually send mail to ... then there is a chance that your mail has been compromised as they see your address book.
Difficult to prevent ( as they just need to know that you have a valid address ! ).
Biggest potential issues for you is that your address gets blacklisted somewhere so your real mail doesnt get out ( but unlikely as most provider know that these are just spoofed )
I would keep using the address as it will die down soon

When you say you "also" use Gmail to send from this address, I'm not clear what you mean. Also, in addition to ... ?
If you own your own domain, and you can define exactly where legitimate sources of email for your domain are, you might like to look into SPF (and other mechanisms)
