When staying at an elderly relative ( mid 80's )- she wanted to leave Shell Energy Broadband.
We did this.

She has asked me to return the router to them. ( Router originally Post Office Branded - but Shell took them over )

I live circa 200 miles away - I've taken the router with me.

For love not money - will Shell Energy tell me where to send this box back too,
GDPR regulations just being spouted.

She has 15 days left before they bill her £35 for the box.

Anyone got Shell Energy Broadband - that can just tell me the address?

Thank you

They will provide you paid label to return the router. https://help.shellenergy.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/3...
Make sure you keep the proof of postage and keep an eye on the bill for the £35 charge. I'd returned mine and still got charged. On calling to query it and informing them I had the proof of postage they suddenly found my returned router.
The daft thing is the router must have been the cheapest most out of date router around, only 2.4ghz and no 5ghz wifi. Worth absolutely nothing.

Just found the return address label in my emails.

Broadband Equipment Only
ISP Returns at Net Lynk
One First Avenue

You'll need to ensure they know which account the router being returned has come from.

This is the problem. She's 84. Pretty much housebound.
I have the router ( hundreds of miles away ).
When I was down there for some weeks we moved her from Shell to Now Broadband.
She asked me if I could return the router for her.

I don't really want her having to get out of the house and post me the label/ box.
And for £35 I'm not spending £80 on petrol.

I thought this would be really really simple - but it's not looking like it is.
