Crumbs is it that time already?

Rammstein tour announced https://www.rammstein.de/en/live/

Tickets will probably sell out in about 14.7 milliseconds so decisions must be made.

Continuation of current tour we saw a few months ago so not worth pulling out all the stops, but seeing them in Berlin's 1936 Olympic stadium seems fitting. Or Vienna's somewhere already on my must list.

I've got 2 lined up... Gojira at the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester and Devin Townsend at KK's Steel Mill in Wolverhampton. Not seen Gojira live yet so really looking forward to that! The last time I saw Devin was with DTP back in 2014, so can't wait for that either!

I have just bought tickets for Rammstein in Brussels, after seeing them in Coventry last year and a couple of times previously its a no-brainer for me.

Wondering which of the EU gigs is easiest to get to see Rammstein, travelling from Midlands so thinking plane via EMA / Birmingham or train through tunnel......

Even from London the train gets expensive and time consuming very quickly for anywhere further than Paris or Belgium. I'd be on Skyscanner or whatever and look at where you can fly direct to. Also if you're buying general release it may be a case of what tickets you can get in the scramble... Which was how we ended up in Riga the other year. If you're unfussed I'd look to Spain or Portugal or the eastern dates, as it'll cost you half as much in accomodation, beer and food etc. Lisbon and Budapest are wonderful cities to spend a few days.

We've booked for Vienna, which is on my must do list anyway so no brainer.

They may well announce some UK dates. Back in 2019, we booked for Gothenburg because no UK dates were available, and then they announced Coventry. So, we ended up going to both!

Springsteen in Paris and Murrayfield.
Also Harry Styles for Mrs Abz at Murrayfield - her secret pleasure, she’ll need a pal to go with, because I’m certainly not!

I didn't have any until now.

Just bought tickets for Muse supported by Royal Blood on 20 June, which happens to be Mrs Tidy's birthday!

The Zombies - New Brighton: May 2023.

Was Feb 2022
Was Feb 2021
Was May 2020

This year's postponement was due to one of the band having to go into hospital, so a few concerts got shuffled to the back of queue as it were.

Suede in Brighton, possibly...

It's a Christmas present for my 15 year old Suede mad daughter. Booked through Gigs & Tours but haven't received a confirmation & can't get one by asking them to resend. Their whole website is designed to discourage actually speaking to them. Anyone know a phone number?

About 15 years ago I saw the Arctic Monkeys at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney, a great combination of the right band in the right venue - and it is rightly a legendary venue.

Now, my two daughters are both Arctics fans, so we’re going to see them at an open air stage in The Domain in January. Should be fun, unless La Niña gets up to her usual tricks….
