Strange hidden program

Quite often when I close down my PC at work I get a dialog box appearing informing me that a program is not responding giving me the option to End Now or cancel. Normally I know the program and can understand why it hasn't closed cleanly. However I frequently get a program called SherutRashiTitle_nnnnnn, where nnnnnn is a unique 6 digit number. I have searched the internet and can find no reference anywhere. Does anybody know what it is or does?

It's a company PC so there are restrictions to what can be installed so please no suggestions of your favourite adware, spyware, antivirus software. As I said before all I want to know is what is it?

If it's a company PC then you should tell your service desk immediately.

Found that myself.
Just made a possible connection. I've got software from Mercury Interactive on the PC and their development centre is in Israel. There may be a link, I'll check it out
