without changing gear, consult workshop

E350CDI 2015, 9 speed gearbox.

started car this morning , got this message
" without changing gear, consult workshop".
Just the message, no warning lights of any kind. Car starts and drives as normal.

Any suggestions? Phoned the dealer, no joy as no mechanics or engineers around on Sunday.

Been having this problem now for a good 4-5 month with my A200D it’s been into Mercedes around 14 times and every single time it’s been in I get the same excuse which is “we can’t find anything wrong with it” the message isn’t showing when they do a diagnostic test

Hi did you get your 9 speed gearbox sorted out on your 2015 E350 i have the same come up on mine it has With out changing gear consult work shop, how did you fix yours cheers Stonedasher

Hello, i have the same issue on a similar aged A200D - did you get it fixed and what was the fix? Thanks
