E280 Estate advice

I'm about to look at an old E280 Estate. Its a 1995 car but it has 200K miles on it. It has got service history but is a E280 good for this kind of mileage?

If your are still looking, then there's two 124 series Estates currently on eBay - one's a 280 & the others's a 320 - both have leather and look very nice.
