I know this event is a while away, but I was wondering about having an extended drive in to Raby.
If there are any attendees in the Chester-le-Street area who wish to go in convoy, please get in touch.
But I reckon we should arrange a main meeting point so that everyone can gather in the morning, and have a mass rumble into Raby, and turn a few heads.
Personally I fancy driving to Raby via Wolsingham, Frosterly, then over the fells to Eggleston/Middleton area and then onto Raby/a meeting place outside of Raby.
Thoughts?

Shhh! Keep it quiet it's one of the best driving roads around here in really nice countryside and no-one seems to know about it...

This is a PH do, not a TVRCC do, although there may be a few TVRs there and gemini is the local TVRCC RO.

So you can bring what you like, as long as its not too Maxxed.

We only live 4 miles from Raby... have to go for a convoy run in if only to get the engine warm!

If we all go for the Wolsingham convoy run, (Stanhope Eggleston road), where do you want to meet up? Might I suggest we meet off the A1(M), convoying frome Chester-leStreet to Consett, pick up the road over the tops to Weardale?

Count me in for the meet up at Chester-le-Street, that's about 2 mins away from me.
And if we want to make the route a bit better, don't go all the way up to Stanhope, take a turn in Frosterly which cuts off a corner but adds some brilliant roads which goes over Bollihope.
I know where the turning is, cos it would be easy to miss it.
