Richard pulled another great day out off the bag. Beautiful venue, marvellous turnout, and God's country weather to boot. Well done and thank you. See you next time.

Yes, many thanks Richard. A 'grand day out' for all. So when's the next one?

In honour of our esteemed organiser, it is only fair to throw the spot light on his machine, which in my book was a worthy nominee for the best non-TVR at the BNG.

On closer inspection, we liked the engine detailing. This was obviously a 'Spyder' version judging by the cobwebs!!!!!!!

Raby Castle was an interesting venue and I'm pleased to have bought a raffle ticket or two to help towards the Hearing Dogs for the Deaf charidee. I can't help but think that this unfortunate canine of the castle may well have been behind the wide bodied DeTomaso Pantera while the owner was reversing. Please, can we have captions for the following photo chaps............

An interesing piece of furniture, I would have settled for an Afghan or sheep skin rug myself!

Here are a few other piccies to enjoy. Well done to Stainless Steve for winning the huge trophy for his 450 SEAC. And thanks to everyone who voted for our Tuscan.

Hope everyone had a safe journey home.

This was the first time I had seen a Tomora (sp?) and a T350 (?) in the flesh.

They are both much nicer in the flesh than on the TV, hmm, some of the cars there were superb!

I didn't actually get to stay for the prize awards My mates wanted/needed to go home. I didn't even get a chance to talk to many people because of it Never mind, next time.

I'm sure you didn't see my car either, Gemini seemed to want me to park right at the back for some reason

Thanks everyone

We raised £250 for the charidee!

I told you to look out for "Maty" the Spaniel - shes a peach!

I threaten my Spaniel with the same fate.

I was so busy selling raffle tickets that I didnt get to chat to you all but meet some more new faces and put names to them.

Nubbin - hope the family enjoyed?

Shocked that De Tomaso beat my Skoda to the non - TVR prize! maybe next time

Another next year at a new location in the north East?

Rich (Gemini)

PS wedg1e daughter - grand idea!!!

Aye, nice one Rich hard.

Met a few folk (including one guy I didn't realise was on here; wondered where he'd gone from the Egroups days and it turns out he was here all along - hiya Neil!), almost managed to pull a couple of PH babes as well. Must be the fact that I need huge mirrors to hide my package, or something. Right, that's it: I'm off for surgery to have my nose shortened...
In the piccies above, the Silver Scream Machine's bonnet is in the foreground of the first car shot. Nice angle, hides all the accident damage

Next year, same time, similar place... and maybe Griffless won't be....

I know that photos are not allowed in the castle, but I just could not resist.

Just goes to show that the Atkins diet even works for pets. That dog is someones flatmate.

Thanks Jeff,
When i got there i was going to park it at the back, but Gemini said i should park it at the front and enter it in the Concours,i didn't expect to win anything, been up till late the previous night fitting a new radiator, never got time to clean it.
The blast up and down the A1 did my car a world of good , running alot better, guess it pays to open them up
Thanks to the cars we followed up and to the Tuscans no names mentions you know who you are

Beaten to it by all the above. Thanks Rich, great day out, why change the venue?
that bloody spaniel mat.....pleased we didn't take Penny in, she would have been devastated. Alison was.

Regards, Tony Alison & Penny the Springer (who got 10x more attention than me car!)

Thanks for the day, Rich - the family had a great time, and the seting was beautiful. I wish I'd had time to meet a few more PHers, but the kids had all returnefd from various holidays the night before, and ran out of steam!

I think we're going to need namee badges for meets like this - trying to indentify folks you want to chat with is a nightmare!

Good to see aT350t in the flesh - it all makes me want a new TVR even more!
