Met a few folk (including one guy I didn't realise was on here; wondered where he'd gone from the Egroups days and it turns out he was here all along - hiya Neil!)
Hi Ian,
Yes, good to talk to you... don't tend to frequent the Wedges/Engines forums, so tend to only read your witterings in the dark hours on General Gassing...
probably better value than engines anyway And hi to wedg1e'sdaughter too, although it was a fleeting chat at the end about photoshopped pictures...
Enjoyed the run down - and up - and down - and up the A68. Lots of TVRs, could have done with a bit more PH exotica, or is that all in the affluent south rather than the grim north-east Liked the De Tomaso, both looks and sound. T350 TVR was a bit shiny too - quite solid for a non-existant targa. (Sorry!)
Thanks for the organisation, Gemini.
You can buy (fairly cheaply) some paper that you bung in your printer and print on it whatever you like. Then you simply iron the paper onto a buckshee T-shirt, and hey presto... TVR backwards. So you need to tell your printer to print in reverse then...
I still have the one I knocked up about three years ago... the shirt is faded, but the iron-on transfer is still sound. Needless to say I forgot to wear it at BNG...

Hmmm... Steve, if you're reading this: you got any idea what colour/ shade of silver your car is? Mine is a bit hard to match to a touch-up can in Halfords...
Ian
