Just the phone call from the unity manager who was very apologetic.
Bought a MX-5 instead now, basically the same right?
No , like comparing a thourougbred race horse to a £50 pony, similar in appearance but so so different

Enjoy your mx5, it's a good car but it's so so not a 4c

I'm surprised so many people are leasing. The cars are holding their value incredibly well. Very few sub 40K cars appear. You are all better to buy privately on PCP. The guys at Oracle are superb if you need to finance.

This lease deal is 24 * £540 = £13,000 for the term.

The equivalent PCP is £11,500 deposit then 48 * £659.

So by month 2 of the PCP you have already paid the same as the total price of the lease...

Having bought one and pxd it fir a new one after 27 months and 16000 mikes I lost less than 13k, and had a nice deal on the new one. With leases also check the spec, nice colours, wheels, leather etc are all sizeabke extras so I guess will be more to lease

The lease deal is on a Anniversary Spider with a load of extras.
It's on the Alfa web site and in 3 colours.
Works out circa 13k to drive a 67k car for 2 years.

Looks good, but short of details. VAT included? Mileage? The PCP example is based on 6k miles per year, but I cannot see mileage for the contract hire.

Looks like a cracking deal if true - £8k over 2 years basically. Small print:
**Personal Contract Hire. Offers apply to new Alfa Romeo 4C models incl. VAT & exclude maintenance. Based on 6,000 miles pa. Excess mileage charge 22.39 pence per mile. Vehicles must be ordered and registered between 1st April and 30th June 2017.

Includes VAT? That's a mega-deal. Very tempted! Need a deal like that to be around in Sept just before the finance on my BRZ has finished.

Gave them a call and had a good chat with a salesperson whose name I have somehow forgotten.

Deal is only available on cars that are in stock. Waiting to hear back on quotes for a car with Rosso Competitzione, the larger wheels and red calipers.

They are still making sure that the deal is 100% as they are aware of the mistakes that Unity made a while back.

Be interesting to see if the cheaper deal through Thames works out. I've been burnt in the past so did it all over the phone with Paul Campbell at TH White and managed to secure a/ the last Madreperla White Limited Edition Spider.

Looks pretty good!

Can't wait to collect it in a few weeks time!

Around £900 for first service as I understand it. Seems it takes a day and they remove panels to check the seams and adhesion points on the chassis. Seems rather unusual to charge the customer for them to check they've put it together correctly, but hey I guess that's what you get on a specialist small production run, mini-supercar.

Not heard anything back from them yet! How much did you end up paying for yours?

Have also just done the deal with Paul over the phone - mine is in Giallo Prototipo yellow.
IMO the yellow and carbon look ace

Picking it up in the next few weeks.

Also had a call with Unity - they're apparently pulling together a 4C deal
