Fiat GPunto Sporting 1.9 Headlights

As mentioned in another thread on here, I have just acquired a 2006 Grande Punto Sporting 1.9 130BHP.
Having just had the error codes sorted by a local Alfa indy, the only 'issue' ( and its tolerable ) is that the headlights seem to 'pulse' at higher revs. This seems to be a charging issue, although the battery was tested, and the diagnostic did not indicate any alternator issues.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem.
