Busso with throttle bodies.
Discussion
Anyone done it?
Reason I ask is that I raced against a chap with a throttle bodied 4 pot Peugeot and it sounded unbelievable! I mean really really great.
AHM have a kit, not cheap but together with a fruity cam, equal length manifolds and a cat less exhaust I can imagine that Alfa's finest would make some sort of Godly music with these added.

I bet it sounds amazing, not that the Busso could sound any better.

I'm sure Autodelta used to fit Ferrari throttle bodies to the Busso engine for a fair few quid. Not on their website now though, although I may just have dreamed it .
Lots of people, including Autodelta have fitted a Ferrari throttle body in place of the original Alfa one (both Bosch items so plug n play swap). Single throttle body replacement, not individual throttle bodies. Doesn't really offer much, if anything power wise as a mod by itself. As far as I'm aware AHM have probably done more than most with ITB's, I believe they are currently building a 3.8 on ITB's for a stratos rep right now
