350Nm is the standard torque (258lb ft = 349.8Nm) - are you saying the gearbox can't handle any more torque at all, or did you mean 350lb ft, which is 474Nm?
Most remaps I've seen are taking torque to around 285-290lbft or 385-400Nm.
Apologies for the late reply, I forgot to check this thread. Most remaps I've seen are taking torque to around 285-290lbft or 385-400Nm.
I meant that the gearbox can't handle more torque than 350 Nm. At least that is what I've seen in a few pieces of info on the web, for example here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FPT_C635_DDCT_transm...
Happy to be corrected if mistaken.

Able to receive torque inputs of up to 350 N⋅m (260 lbf⋅ft), the transmission is the highest-torque transverse dual dry clutch application.(2012)[3] It weighs 81 kg (179 lb), including oil and transmission control unit.[3]
sometimes they work with safety margins, so maybe they can handle say 10-20% more?Regarding the squeaking from the front suspension, mine had it, twice! First time everything was replaced on both sides under warranty and then it came back again about a year later. Alfa Romeo customer services offered about a 30%discount on the work from memory but the dealer didn't really know what it was that was making the squeak so it was going to be a shot in the dark. I took the car to my local ATS where they put it on their bumpy road simulator but they also failed to locate the source of the noise. Just before they took it off, one of the mechanics got a can of something similar to WD40 and gave everything a generous coating. Problem solved, it never came back and if it did, I would just put it back on a ramp and give it another dose
