My recent experience with Mangoletsi was abysmal. To be fair when escalated to top management they did resolve the issue which was caused by an errant salesperson. if you deal with them just be careful and try and avoid a salesperson with a regal family name. ;)
Even the owners were unconcerned when they tried to tell me a failure was not a warranty issue, and likewise when they tried to get me to replace the carbon spoiler at £3,800+VAT that didn't need replacing.Picked up my 69 plate on September 1st - no issues yet!
Tunbridge Wells have been good so far.
Lovely car. The morning I picked it up I went for a little drive and parked up somewhere and had this old fellow come over and say that it was his dream car that he would love to own over anything else on the road including Ferrari's, Porsche's, etc. I found that so many people seem to love the car - it gets attention, but in a good way.

I get a lot of that, thumbs up on the road, comments at petrol stations, boy racers telling me to blast it , to hear the exhaust. ....never fork that in my Audi. Tunbridge Wells have been good so far.

Also glad your experience with Twells is also good. I’m
Not saying they are perfect, but wheat dealer is. I can tell you some horrific stories about my experience with Audi Crawley .

The really sad thing is, Alfa UK (and FCA) just don't care. They are cutting their nose off to spite their face. Such a shame, the cars are simply awesome, the dealers range from poor to just dire, liars, corrupt, unlawful....
It might be worth giving Chester a go if its not too far. I cant vouch for them but I can for the master tech. Clever ploy as they surely realise. Short story I told them straight I need convincing before buying an Alfa again so they wheeled out said master tech. They let me chat to him on my own and lets just say he is the real deal. I asked what are the Quad main issues and he went into all the nuts and bolts.
Also I had spoken to him previously about an issue with my daughters Fiat , nothing in it for them and this was in the workshop, my home turf.
I might still buy a Quad but with fingers crossed he is still there.

Congrats. Don't get me wrong, my QV is over 2yrs and 30,000 miles old and has had less issues than any German car I've owned. It's staggeringly good.Tunbridge Wells have been good so far.

But it's a good job as the dealers are shockingly dire, and in Mangoletsi's case, corrupt.
I also get comments near daily on the car everywhere I go. Old and young.

Just a shame that despite being in the golden triangle of Cheshire, I'm faced with an hour's drive to the Chester dealer, then over 2 hours each way after that one.

Overall, a pretty st experience, but still the best within a 2hr drive....

Service eventually carried out there on Wednesday. Took a month to get an appointment (month of leaving messages, booking was within 48hrs). Service Manager was dire, lied to me and to ARUK, but receptionist was great and Quad Techie was great.
Overall, a pretty st experience, but still the best within a 2hr drive....
I wonder who the problem is?Overall, a pretty st experience, but still the best within a 2hr drive....

For anyone looking for service in London HWM Walton on Thames are no longer an Alfa dealer but have retained Official Alfa service , they have been very good with my 4C so might be worth a call if you need a quadrifoliolio serviced
In discussions with ARUK, they have admitted that there is no need for official ARUK servicing/maintenance, as long as OEM/official components are used. Whether the high-quality Alfa specialist network has caught up with the QV is a different matter, but for an oil change/brakes etc, there surely won't be an issue.

So Chester a 50% solution then although I guess the important 50% with the Techie. I went into Mangoletsi for a look around and the vibe is all wrong. I have decided not to forgive the previous wrongs and get something else when the time comes. Overall, a pretty st experience, but still the best within a 2hr drive....
