Cute response, wish I hadn't bothered.
Be friendly, i took on board your feelings for the car and I'm hoping I too, will not be able to leave it in the garage It's lovely that someone has found a good dealership that's the reason for the "well done" because as this topic is showing,
the good ones are hard to find.
But I did stay in The Royal, last time I was in the area and they too are amazing!

Very good in my experience. Sadly, no longer an Alfa franchised dealer but still do service. They still service Alfa and are very fair and competent, don’t expect an Alfa courtesy Car though.
Here’s my experience of trying to buy a Giulia:
- First visit to Bishops Guildford, no Alfa sales execs working, details taken but no follow up call
- Second visit, 3 sales execs working, waited 45 mins to be seen. No Veloces available to test drive and there won’t be for the foreseeable, details taken again, no follow up call.
- Third visit..I called back a month after second visit and was told I could take a limited test drive in an unregistered car. Limited turned into 5 mile round trip on a busy road.
I then tried Thames Alfa:
- Told the sales exec exactly what I was after, he gave me a quote at list. When challenged he told me it was the best he could do. When I told him I’d spoken to Mango’s and Unity and the prices were significantly lower, he asked for a copy of their quotes.
At this point I went back to Mango’s and Unity and in both cases the cars advertised didn’t exist.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I ended up giving my money to Audi for a new A6.
A real shame because I’ve owned 2 Alfa’s in the past and I’m sure I’d be happier in the Giulia now than I am in the A6.

My new Alfa Guilia QF is now in the driveway thanks to SIMONSTONE of Bristol who have been absolutely amazing.
They spoke to Alfa Romeo in Italy and had the car taken off Palmers and given to them, so there was no need to re-order.
The car was gleaming on hand over and nothing was too much trouble, we can't thank them enough.
Wayne was our salesman was truly lovely .
If anyone is having the same problems please try Bristol as they really did know how to take care of us
