I have a 65 plate Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde and the TCT gearbox started grinding between 3rd and 4th. This was August last year and the three year warranty expired in the December. I phoned the brilliant Autolusso at Ferndown for advice. They rung an esteemed forum member who advised missing my local Poole dealer and going to Snows Southampton.
When I took the car if for inspection whilst waiting there Alfa salesman came over and we had a really good chat and he showed me up coming models and he is a genuine Alfa fan, I forget his name however I remember he was Scottish.
Snows got on and ordered a new gearbox. I had an array of very nice courtesy cars. Jack the very enthusiastic mechanic rung me with updates and when it was ready he showed me everything he had done and the old gearbox. They had also replaced the fluid engine mounts, the aerial and the battery without me even knowing there was a problem with these items.
I have since had the cambelt etc replaced at Autolusso and I had them check over everything and they all concurred it was a good job.
I am sure others have got other opinions however this is just mine. The bill to Alfa was a little over £7,000.00p
I still love the car and it is perfect.

Thanks.... the car is epic, so more of a reason for making the purchasing process more exciting!

If the product is amazing the dealership should be as well

Bristol were, but Palmers, Hemel Hempstead in the end were hateful
