New 2019 Gullia QV Price
Discussion
Hello,
I am Middle East based and I have just been offered a new brand new unregistered 2019 QV from a dealer for the best part of 20% off list price if bought in cash or 10% off list price with 5 years finance and of course with 5 years warranty and 5 years servicing. It would be in excess of 30% off the list price of a new 2021 QV.
The car doesn't have the carbon seats or ceramic brakes which I am cool about.
I am being told this is a great deal but I am just trying to gauge if I should pull the trigger on it. I love the car but do you think the same deal would be possible on a new model? I am ready to put the deposit on something.
Thank you in advance.

To be honest, for a 2019 car in 2021 I think you could haggle a little bit more.
I’m guessing he’s looking for mid £50’s, but it’s a 2019 car so if you were to drive round the block & trade it in what would be looking at mid £40’s?? I’ve chased two cars with less than 2k miles, one just under 12 months, one was just over, agreed £50k for one (sold to someone else!) and the other was £52.5k.

Yes, pretty much mid 50's given the current exchange rate.
There is only one other QV for sale in the region, its a 2017 and is currently on the market for in the high-mid 30's.
Only one every few months comes on the second-hand market.
I can live with potentially overpaying 1-2k, I don't want to overpay in the multiple of thousands.

Ah, ok I thought you were Middle East based but looking for a toy for when you were in the UK (which is my situation!!).
If you are within a few % of what you are happy with it sounds like a nice deal that may be hard to find again?? Always hard to compare prices internationally especially when the tax is so variable in different places. But I’m not sure the MY 2020 improvements are anywhere near enough to justify the 25-30% extra you’d need find for a order to your own spec. Decisions, decisions, enjoy!!

I lost about £2k on a brand new MY19 QF late last year after owning it for 2 and a bit months ... If anyone wants a QF that was well looked after, has Goodyear Supersports all round and highly spec'd, look at the Misano Blue one at Sytner BMW Coventry.
It was registered in Sept last year and is £53k I believe.

Don't forget you'll get a carbon fiber roof as standard on the 2019 and it's now a paid for option. If you can get the finance rate then pay it off with cash I'd say it's a good deal with out seeing full spec for spec.
I didnt know this, painted CF roof i take it?Gassing Station | Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Lancia | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
