Wow, that sounds and looks superb. The other green Alfa seems OK as well.
The other green Alfa is the same Muschio Verde and was owned by the French guy who took the photos. It was a chance meeting, we'd followed each other for a while on Insta (@woody.gt and @gui_pix) as we have a shared Alfa love. He could see I'd posted a picture in Nantes and happened to be in the area so he came down and met up with us. Took my daily Alfa for an Italian tune up yesterday

Stock figure 148hp, 184 lb.ft
Stock* on the day 163hp, 198lb.ft
Tuned 205hp, 219lb.ft
The OEM mapping was weird, when D was selected on the DNA switch, which is the most aggressive of the 3 selections, setting off in 1st was always very lurchy. That has gone away now, car feels very strong in all gears now, no flatspots (4th gear always felt flat between about 4500-6000) and just generally drives a lot nicer.
If you -10 for the RR potentially overreading that probably gives you more realistic figures of 195hp , 209lb.ft
Yes, they are Aliexpress £4 Ferrari centre caps!

wow, looks better then mine back in 1984... and that one was only 4 years old.
Alfa Sud 1300cc brown metall from 1980
First Sud I ever sat in was a brown metallic Sud but from 70’s. Waaaayy back. Alfa Sud 1300cc brown metall from 1980
Can’t find any evidence of welding on the car although it has age related rash on body work which will need redoing.

Hello to all.
Back into Alfa ownership, 4th one I have now owned (Sud, 147, GT previously).
Just collected it today - maybe one of the last produced (May 2025)?
Took the long way home ...

Still the best looking car on the market.Back into Alfa ownership, 4th one I have now owned (Sud, 147, GT previously).

But as far as I know they have extended production for another two years, so unless it’s only LHD ones, it may not be one of the last!

The Quad is out of production currently, but I believe it may resume. The normal variants are as you say.But as far as I know they have extended production for another two years, so unless it s only LHD ones, it may not be one of the last!

The dealer did say they 'might' resume production because Alfa were not happy with the replacements being suggested by Stelantis!
