A few pics of my 125 Special 1972, original factory paint even.. My dream car bar none.
Shame it's destroyed completely in a garage fire 2014.
That really was a sweet car Per,I don't think I've seen pics of it before. A special coupe was lost also in that fire mate and I will never forget our time on track together.Shame it's destroyed completely in a garage fire 2014.

Love this! How’s the economy out of interest?My test drive queries were;
What does it pull away like off a roundabout and does it rev high at 70 mph motorway cruise speed. It pulls well and it has a 6 speed box so is quite quiet on the dual carriageway. OK it's a short wheelbase buggy so it jumps around a fair bit but that's to be expected.
Came with winter pack and some sort of new fangled connectivity thing for my phone, my 19 year old can figure that one out...

Thanx Patrick!Yes it certainly was, special to me as I was brought up in these (partly) and have great memories of the engine/transmission noises, smells etc, and how they basically went like stink in the day.
Oh that SpaItalia weekend in 2014!
One of the greatest trips I've done, and a fantastic tracktime.
Hey, why not make a revisit!?

Thanks for sharing that, as it must still be painful.
My 2nd car was a 1970 Fiat 125 in Olive Green and I loved it, despite the vinyl seats! If only my Dad had bought a Special with the "cloth" inserts (and a 5 speed box).
I've seen a couple of rare Fiats at a local classic car meet lately. The first was a manual 130 Coupe in December and the next was a 130 Saloon on Sunday - stunning cars.

I saw that the other day. I think it looks fantastic - especially the interior - from all angles.
Except for the back. It's as if they'd run out of creative juices at that point and just connected the two sides together with some straight lines.
Looking forward to seeing the new Panda. The concept for it was also really something!
