Having owned both a pair of tan & black Loake brogues, oxblood Church's brogues and brown RM Williams Chelsea boots for many many years with no real need for replacement, I thought I try my hand at the 'cheapy' Loake line, and got these for work:
So far, I'm very happy with them. The leather took a good couple of doses of beeswax polish to loosen, but the quality really is good for the price. Looking forward to comparing them to the premium line ones.

Top choice I have these tooI adore my tan brogues, though I forgot how sharp they are when new. Mine have taken on a slightly darker 'spectrum' of colours from many years of wear and polishing...

had a pair of gorilla feet as my son calls them for over a year now..once you get used to putting the "little piggie" in there great !!
Great aren't they?!I have some ancient Vans I wear every day, second comfiest shoes I've ever had.
Something kind of smart but never get worn.
Well worn running shoes.
The ever favourite Five-fingers, comfiest shoes ever.
As for new, I picked up a dirt cheap pair of footy boots as I've started playing rugby recently.
And some flip-flops somewhere that I can't find.

My Paul Smith 'daily drivers'. They are a bit 'fashion' but they are nice and comfortable and haven't fallen to pieces yet.
I like those a lot, link? The bit about not falling apart yet, is that the rep PS shoes have?Edit: Should read whole thread before asking

I only thought they'd fall apart because they're a bit of a fashion shoe, rather than a sturdy shoe!
I can't find mine online now but these look pretty cool.

I've got a pair of these in brown purely for work. They live in the office so they're barely broken in after a month or two. Look great and are quite a wide fit so comfortable for the whole day.
