Evening all.

I've just moved down here from the Wirral (think between Chester and Liverpool) for a couple of years whilst studying marine engineering. Used to meet a great bunch (although not PH based) up north and it was always nice to meet new faces etc. Having moved down here knowing nobody (or the town of Falmouth itself for that matter, save for 2 day trips to sort out housing etc) it would be nice to get to know some local PHers as long as you don't mind a rather smokey and battered diesel Vectra joining you!

Hi MARK WELCOME TO THIS GLORIOUS PART OF THE WORLD !!!!!!

I'M NOT THAT FAR FROM YOU IN HELSTON

unfortunately this area is not full of regular PH'ERS

You will quite often see south west meets listed here , but usually that means Bristol way !!!!!!
so travelling to get to a big meet is the norm !!!!1 lol

but as always keep an eye on the thread , sometimes spontanious meets are a bit closer

in the mean time ENJOY FALMOUTH !!!!!

Cheers
Les

I'm in Falmouth but as per above post, meets very few & far between.

If you're observant you'll see a green Audi very close to the marine college with a smiley.

If the Viper was yellow and filthy apart from the ocd chrome wheel cleaning, it was probably viper2day (Les).

Hi twink, Welcome to the SW. I'm originally from Liverpool and lived on the Wirral for a few years. As has been mentioned, there is a monthly SW meet that moves around the region. Oct meet is starting from Exeter. Nov should be down in deepest darkest Cornwall.

Don't worry about the wheels. It's the driver that counts, driving fortunately for Pete.

Probably not Les, there's a red one in Falmouth with big front & rear spoilers.

Cheers guys! biggrin

Got to say, it's very welcoming down here. Much more so than up north. Graham, Green Audi with a smiley around the marine college. I'll keep a look out seen as that's where I'm studying and I walk up there from the docks. Living in the studios down by the docks station.

Penryn, that's a name I know! Still trying to learn where places are.

I may well be spotted around - Silver Vectra with big exhausts and a little black smiley in the corner of the boot. Usually parked up in the docks train station because everywhere is pretty much within walking distance. It's bloody good living down here.

I'm up north again at the moment for a wedding and I'm already missing Falmouth. Only came back yesterday!
