2.5k what watch new or second hand

Hi people just a bit of advise please I am thinking of buying a brietling super ocean heritage 42mm in either black or green but before I do this was wondering if there is anything else around in this price range that I may not of thought of? I have a 42mm omega seamaster in blue already and just looking for a more formal/ dress watch.

The super oceans all look like diver wannabes to me.

For a dress watch, I'd look at a Transocean personally. With a bit of haggling it should be in budget.

Lots of non Breitling options too, of course.

How about an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra? Some are around that price?

2.5k buys a lot if you include secondhand, so some idea of what you like might help narrow the field.

Thanks I like omega planet ocean second hand I might be able to get one. I like the tag Monaco believe I could just get one of these new. I like the Rolex milgauss but even second hand out of budget. Like the brietling super ocean heritage believe new I can get one. That's it really not sure what else is about that I really like

Plenty of options about S/H for that money.

Recently picked up a Tudor Heritage Chrono for this budget. Really taken to it - great build quality.

A Speedmaster might be a good option?

Also just thought that a rolex or something from my birth year would be good. Looks at the seamaster aqua it is very nice now thinking of going to try one of them on to see what it looks like on
