The place who prescribed the meds only solution was to go back on them… it’s an option I guess but not sure I want to be paying £200+ a month for the rest of my life. Don’t know how many studies have been done post jabs, but it doesn’t seem to be talked about much. Most just talk about the positives of the weight loss.
Not quite sure where to go with it now. On the plus side I’m still down 2 stone, but with the change in appetite and cravings for alcohol and junk, how long will that last?!
Could you not 'maintain' by micro-dosing with a high-dose pen using the clicks system. Should work out relatively inexpensive doing 2.5mg shots from a 15mg pen for example...I initially lost near 3 stone. Your problems may well be a temporary realignment, just a guess. I tend to go through periods with drinking where I'll be on it most days for weeks at a time. Then knock it on the head for a while. I notice that it takes my brain a few days to 'recalibrate' after essentially being sedated for weeks on end via booze. Excitability, trouble sleeping etc.
