If you're a new member, welcome to PistonHeads!
We were all new once and understand it can be a bit daunting to post, especially with 170+ different forums on PH. But we're a friendly bunch really – we love to chat about cars and all manner of things.
Feel free to post on this thread to say hello or ask any questions you may have and we'll point you in the right direction. You may find our forum guide pretty handy too, which you can find here.

Welcome to PH Toto! As Scrump has already said, we have our Kit Car forum which is a good place to ask for advice.
If you're looking to buy something from the UK, you may already know of the hugely popular Caterham Seven. Caterham will have a dealer in Italy but we also have them for sale on PistonHeads here: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...
Westfield's are also quite popular kit cars: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...
And everything else will be in our Kit Car category here: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...
Good luck!

Equally we do have buying guides for the Continental and DB9 so these are well worth a read, even though they are in need of a refresh.

Hi Ben,
Happy new year to you and your forum mates.
My name is Holly and I work for Tom Hartley Jnr, I'm looking for some 993 experts and wondered if you could help me out? I'm trying to find accurate answers on how many 993 RSs were built worldwide in Guards Red and how many out of the 41 RHD examples were Guards Red too....do you think you could point me in the direction of someone that knows this and would help me find the right answers? Thank you so much and I hope to hear from you soon.
Welcome to PH Holly! I was going to suggest posting in one of our Porsche forums, although it looks like you've found your way there already Happy new year to you and your forum mates.

Hi can anybody help me please. I had a new clutch fitted about 6 months ago. Over past couple of days I have noticed when I push the clutch pedal down it makes the squeaky noise wether the car is turned in or not. I haven’t a clue really what it could be.
Thanks
Jo

It's not the size of the children you have to worry about, it's everything that comes with them! The mind boggles.Bainbridge said:
Hi, I'm new. I often get directed here when talking about cars so decided to join.
I have a PRHT MX5 NC2, on which I've done few few performance mods (including uninstalling the curling tongs from the glove box lol) and I love this little car. I'm eyeing up the Porsche Cayman 987.2, but the Mrs likes the retractable roof and I'm not a fan of the Boxter.
Anyway, hello![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)

Welcome to PistonHeads Jay! Understandable to be nervous, but as long as you're prepared, you'll have a great time. I'll warn you that track days become very addictive! I'd recommend reading our beginner's track day guide here. And if you've got any questions, you can head over to our track day forum. Good luck!

We have a dedicated Chimaera forum here if you want help specific to your car, or if it's more of a general issue, you could always try our General TVR Stuff & Gossip forum instead. Hope you manage to resolve your issue.
