We seem to have enough numbers signed up to the bonkers lease deal to warrant a thread of it's own, so......
July 2025
Leapmotor C10
Funky forest green (my daughters name for the colour)
£161 to £182 on a 1+23 profile (5k Miles pa)
10p excess mileage inc VAT
Pretty much a Chinese tesla knock off with lacklustre reviews all round from the UK motoring press. The summary being:
Slow Charging Speeds
Poor Energy Efficiency
Unengaging Driving Dynamics
Intrusive Driver Assistance Systems
Lacks Apple CarPlay & Android Auto
Unproven Brand in UK
That's all coming from a price point of £37k though. I think I can live with those for just over £2k a year and with standard kit being very generous.
For pootling around town and sorting the school run it seems like a no brainer to me.
Estimated delivery is October for me which fits nicely with my other lease going back.
Anyone else in?

Does anyone have a specific link for this deal?
Thanks
First found on leasing.com, but it's a direct dealer offer with stellantis:Thanks

To those waiting for callbacks for the absolute best deal on these, I would simply urge you to go with whoever can sign you up as quick as possible. It's unlikely the hang around for long going on past experience and how busy dealers have been.
A difference of £20pm is neither here nor there in the grand scheme of leasing a car like this and the associated costs. £160pm or £180pm are both absolute steals for a big well equipped SUV with known costs for 2 years

Why did the thread get moved from the EV thread, seems strange decision?
Anyone had any updates on delivery times, 5 weeks & counting.
I asked Birmingham to hold off until the end of October to fit in with my existing lease going back. They said that was their expected date anywayAnyone had any updates on delivery times, 5 weeks & counting.

I just spoke to Birmingham North and they said the car won't be in until the middle or the end of November now. I ordered in the original deal back in July so I am not sure why Birmingham North are not getting the cars but all the other dealers are.
This dealership is a nightmare to deal with - I wish I had gone elsewhere.
I'm in the same boat. The comms from Birmingham have been absolutely shocking. All I have for now is some vague "end of November" line. This dealership is a nightmare to deal with - I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Mine would have been one of the earliest orders too as I jumped on it, so really frustrating.
On the plus side, the car looks great!

So latest from Birmingham North they can t even give me an estimate anymore of delivery, they haven t got a clue when it s due. I have been patient and don t mind a reasonable delay if there is at least an end in sight but fear this one has slipped through and will end cancelling.
I'm in the same boat with Birmingham, I've also got a feeling we're never going to see it. Not sure why this particular dealer has been stiffed with shipments. Maybe it's karma for their shockingly bad communications! BigRedBalloon said:

When did you two order? I've had one on order with them since July and I was told last week that it had just arrived. They've had a large number arrive and are struggling to get them all through their PDI's quickly enough so I'm still waiting on a delivery email.Kamps501 said:
Hi, has anyone heard or collected their leapmotor from Birmingham North over the Christmas period? We have itchy feet now, just keen to get it!
Heard nothing. I'm kind of resigned to it not happening now - someone on another group mentioned all cars had to be registered by 31st December to attract manufacturer funding support, so can only assume Birmingham have been let down in terms of delivery.I've started looking at other options

Finally picked mine up Friday and within 20 miles a pigeon decided to take a liking to the windscreen at 70mph. Not a good omen! Waiting to see if the chip can be repaired or not.
Pretty impressed overall, definitely a comfortable ride on the shocking roads we have at the moment.
A couple of niggles:
(1) I keep getting pop ups from the app while in the house telling me Bluetooth key is enabled/disabled/car is locked etc. I've changed the setting to "close" but it hasn't changed anything. I'm sitting here now 15m away from the car and still getting a pop up.
(2) Only one keycard which my wife will use. So when I use the app it does take a fair while for the passcode screen to pop up - no good as a getaway car that's for sure!
(3) Heating and wipers are going to take some tweaking to get right
(4) There must be a way of making the cameras come on earlier when parking up into a space? They didn't seem to come on at all earlier as I pulled straight into a supermarket space with a bollard in front.
For the price, an absolute steal it has to be said!
