It was a few years since my Griffith boot didn't remain closed, it went up and down but it didn't lock.
The other day the guy in the paint shop had the great idea of putting some fuid to release the closing sistem, so it closed ermetically BUT...BUT I don't know now how to reopen it!banghead

The button on the dash that opens the doors seems that does not open the boot...any trick to get there without needing to dismantly the half rear part of the car?

Thanks a LOT...

Boot release only works with the ignition turned on and is to the right of the door lock button
My boot opens by pressing button with ignition on or off? scratchchin

I know some boot release buttons have been hard wired to save inserting/turning the key.
I've tried the button...it doesn't workeither withor without inserting the key, I'll have to do it manually following the procedures a forum friend has explained to me...

Guys - Please don't put too much information on here about how to get into our boots nono - this is a public forum after all.

Panic - if you need more info, most of the people on this thread (inc me) will be able to help if you PM them.
