Saw that posted on another forum - you'd have to be a serious collector of Aston memorabilia to pay anything like that. It's certainly not a useful bike anymore, very outdated.

I'd have it for a few hundred to hang on the wall... But ten grand... Lolz.

One of these sold at Newport Pagnel auction the other year for a couple of grand. I remember when they first came out in the 90's.

Was that really ever sold/branded by AML? Because that frame number, held on with pop-rivets and looking like it was stamped by a 3 yr-old, doesn't look very professional. Even by Newport Pagnell standards! Apart from that it's a run of the mill model with some stickers and a ridiculous price tag slapped on. Could they be that cynical? Oh, Wait a minute....

I can picture you 'yeti-ing' it now. Adding disk brakes, rear suspension, diamond stitched leather seat etc etc hehe

Or are they optional extras?

Erm thanks Georgio. But I think I'll stick to my Litespeed for merely half that price.

£10 grand and it doesn't come with pedals? I always knew cyclists were a bit numb but that's taking the piss!

You're a sucker for titanium things too!! smile

£5k on a bike?! That doesn't even have an engine?! You could have put that money towards an Aston with a proper engine wink
