PistonHeads camping at Six Hours of Spa

Join us at this legendary race taking place at the end of September

We’ve had Le Mans camping this year and recently offered Britcar under canvas too but if you fancy taking your tent-based motorsports fix overseas again we can tempt you with the Six Hours of Spa taking place on the weekend of September 21-23.

The Six Hours of Spa takes place at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit where more than 650 historic racing cars race over three fantastic days, cars like the Ford GT40, Jaguar E-Type, AC Cobra, Chevron B8, Lola T70, and Ferrari 250LM. At Spa you can get right in among the cars, the crews and the action, as almost all areas of the circuit are open access, apart from the track itself of course. Generally though there are no barriers here, just a relaxed attitude and a friendly paddock.

During the three days many races will take place on the renowned Ardennes circuit (which you can drive yourselfwith PH just a week later), but it's the endurance race held on Saturday, from 16.00 to 22.00 (known as the Spa Six Hours Endurance Race) that is the highlight of the weekend.

We have managed to put together an excellent camping package deal for Spa thanks to the hard work of the 1st-Tickets team.

The PH Spa packages will include the following:

  • Camping at the dedicated PH/1st-Tickets camping area at the Spa Circuit (space allocated on arrival)
  • General Admission to the event (for Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
  • Access to a hospitality lounge with cash bar
  • Return channel crossing

The campsite is a public area that utilises the facilities provided by the circuit.  Camping pitches will be allocated on arrival and there are circuit toilets and showers nearby.  The nearest entrance to the circuit is less than five minutes walk and a short distance from the old pit straight.

For those who want to attend the race, but do not want to camp, there is a crossing, entry ticket and parking package available too.
