Help with floor measurement conversion

Im not good at this - little help

Our hall is 225 by 165 inches whats that in sq metres

I get it to 287 surely Im wrong (I hope so)

Looking at Karndean or Amtico

I get it to 23.25 sq metres

call it 24sqm

225" is about 5.7m
165" is about 4.2m

So approx 24m2


How did you get to 287 DS?

Thanks guys (as ever) I thought 225 by 165 = 37125 and put it into a convertor - I got CSE maths 32 years ago its not my strongpoint (!)
