In fairness to Wayne/Pete, whilst it cost a bucketload to build (and then re-build), it's not enjoyed the smoothest development along the way?
Still, given the spec. it's probably a fair price, but the auction price better represents what people are willing to pay in the current market.

Value / worth is subjecive and in the hands of the buyer, no one came up with a better offer vis a vis its value on the day was £39750 which is about right for that particular car in todays market IMO.
but did that price include buyers premium ,taxes etc ?If not then its not really an accurate "price paid" to be quoting.

I agree with Stig and What shows ???? only did National Kit car show as far as I know....Did it?

Well mate. I chose the the wrong medium for sale and he was buying at the right one!!! Good luck to him. I wish he'd keep it coz he is a bit of a racer. But I guess a business man too.
BTW.....I know off topic. But, I swum the Channel yesterday.......13hrs 24mins. Without doubt the worst thing I've ever experienced. But done now.....
