It has arrived, my Cobalt Blue V12 Vantage Roadster!
That is, it has arrived at Kroymans, the local Aston Marton dealer.

May I present to you, the most beautiful Aston Martin ever (sorry guys, but it is), Agent #002:

Mine is #002 of 101 V12 Vantage Roadsters, which indeed is shown on the sill plaque:

The interior:

Here it is, parked next to my Fire Red V12 Vantage coupe:

I can't wait to take it home. Still some paperwork to do, and of course, cleaning, polishing, new car service checks, etc... But I hope to be able to drive it home next week.

More pics on my Aston-Martin.com blog:

It's a great looking thing, but not the most beautiful ever!

When do you take delivery? Bet you can't wait. Hope the weather and roads are ok for you over there so you can take it for a good drive when you do get it smile

I'm mildly inclined towards feelings of jealousy. My roadster is now 4 cylinders short of perfection!

Love the colour, though the seats look a bit "Halfords seat covers" to me.

From the look of your coupe, it appears you don't need to be advised to get rid of that ugly numberplate mount on the new roadster.

They are both lovely.

50% short - that's a lot. You should do something about it. hehe

Alwin, great pictures and cars. The Roadster exterior and interior colours and combos are simply superb. Well done for speccing a great car.
If I could've specced my own then it would be identical to yours....except RHD!! Absolutely love those seats. I really am thinking of a retrim to my seats in a similar fashion.

Love it, well done for having the guts to do something mad - its a mad car and deserves nothing less!

I can't even imagine what I'd come up with given the blank canvas of the virtually infinite choice Aston offer smile

Some sort of classic green with a highly original interior methinks scratchchin

I was pondering this before. I came up with Hardly Green exterior (painted bonnet vents too), and all exposed carbon painted in jet black (q option maybe?). Cream truffle and parliament green interior with walnut fascia. Contrast stitching. Winchester green roof. Silver wheels. Perfect cloud9
