Had my first introduction to this yesterday and from a contractors point of view its not particularly good news. Depends a lot with the type of business you're in, but for us (mainly planned maintenance) it looks inflexible.

Would be interested in hearing from anyone who's already using it.

Eta, I don't have particular involvement with it these days, but do speak frequently to someone who does and I understand the same issues exist. But I will happily find out ins and outs for you.
