Lamborghini Huracan Performante: PH Video
Time to see and hear the ultimate Huracan at Imola!
Here Dan will talk you around the Huracan's 'ALA' aero withcraft at Imola, as well as everything else outside that distinguishes the Performante from a regular model. It's more than just a bodykit, put it that way!
And Imola was not simply used because it's close to Bologna. Oh no. There were laps too - alright, one lap in this video - where the improvements made for the Performante could really be shown off by chasing down a standard car. Even with better tyres, the 'regular' Huracan can be seen rather struggling to maintain the pace and, well, the video can show you in far better detail what happened. Look for a bit of last minute Super Trofeo-style braking too!
This video is a little shorter than a usual PH videoblog, but certainly packs plenty into six minutes. And just wait for the noise!

Not sure I do understand your point actually
We are discussing the track focused huracan and you are telling us the standard model is not good on track....so I don't understand the connection.....big waiting list for the HP so I'm not sure anyone else understands your point neither.

Your last point is more pertinent - If there are strong orders then perhaps you're right - the average performance of the standard car isn't negatively impacting the Performante.
My original point was that if a car has a luke-warm reception at launch, sometimes it can be hard to win people back once you've fixed the problem with a special edition later in the product cycle. Often the damage has been done.
I don't know the Performante order bank status so it was only ever a query.

Order an HP now and you'll be waiting till October next year or so I was told by one dealer who had at least 40 orders in and that was a few months ago.
