Tuscan respray - which orange?
Discussion
Fellow Tivvers
My Tuscan is currently wrapped matte orange and this is to come off at some point. I like orange so will get the car resprayed in orange. Question is, what orange do I go for? Please post your favourite orange colours with a photo of the car in that colour.
Also, apart from surface & design in Blackpool, does anyone have recommendations for a good body shop with TVR experience?
Thanks in advance

That does look good. Does the paint change a lot with the light?
It's not like the reflex paints that change a lot when looking at it from different angles. In a dull light it is orange, but in sunshine, it becomes sort of reddish orange.
It's not a colour I set out to get when looking at Tuscans, but with few MkIIs available at the time, I went and saw this one, and that was it, I was smitten
Nice problem to have
I've recently joined the chameleon club despite not really being a fan of the flip paints. As mentioned, it doesn't change drastically from one colour to a completely different colour like the majority of flips. It's more of a blend between shades of red, orange and perhaps some yellow/gold in bright sun. I think it suits the Tuscan really well and not that many of them around AFAIK.
One of the original press cars was also chameleon fwiw:

If I had a blank canvas and it wasn't chameleon, I'd probably be looking at Lambo Arancio Atlas that DGR7 did his Tuscan/Sagaris conversion in a few years ago:

Saw this at the Kit Car Show and was so impressed with it that I decided to get the Chimaera done. Turns out it is a House of Kolor paint and the work was done by Surface and Design! Think it is Volcano Orange with a bit of a tweak by S&D to increase the sparkle.
Do you have any pics of your car in this colour?m3coupe said:
