Yes nice pictures shame no 993 GT2 R there as an iconic Porsche ....at Le Mans Classic there were about a dozen and a really great showing of Porsche but I assume space is an issue ..

Those are some utterly superb pics! Think the favourite might be that red Derek Bell 935 although I wouldn't kick any of them our of bed.

What's the small blue coupe ? Looks to be something like a "racy 356 era" car.

Can't believe I didn't get my life organised to get to it.

Yes the little blue coupe was listed as a Porsche 356B Carrera Abarth.

PhilPS, thanks for that, it is hard work and you never know what the drivers will say when you want them posed with a car and decent background working with the sun light.
Thankfully the Porsche drivers were all excellent, but you always miss one or two.

Superb shots - great to see so many of the drivers fully engaged with the camera too. Really brings the event to life. I am kicking myself for not having attended....

Yes, I am not sure if it was Friday so the drivers were still "fresh," or they were just having a good weekend. There is a lot of waiting around before getting the chance to ask them for their time, but they were helpful, and quite chatty.

We were there all weekend and my personal favourites were the red & white 917 Le Mans winner (I have the Guy Allen poster of that car in the downstairs bog), that little blue Abarth, and the pair of 904's. I never knew the 904 had a flat 8 engine which was news to me:-
