Travel vouchers for a gift
Discussion
Stumped with what to buy my mother for her 70th this month. She has always said she wants to travel more so was thinking of some kind of voucher for her and the old boy to go somewhere nice when the world opens up again.
Any recommendations on the best place to buy travel vouchers, somewhere that’s financially stable and has a wide range of places to choose from? I was just going to buy £1000 with Virgin Holidays but thought it worth asking on here first.
Ta!

Pretty unanimous replies. I was going to buy on a credit card and from one of the industry giants so hopefully would have been ok but I take on board this level of “stop...are you mad?” feedback.
Just giving her the cash feels weird. I’ll have to think about it.
Do you have kids? if so get them to make a card and some vouchers for your parents stating they can be cashed in for a holiday,i'm sure they will appreciate this from grandkids moreJust giving her the cash feels weird. I’ll have to think about it.
