I need a vinyl wheel cover made for my spare. Does anyone know who can do this please?

Top is a wheel cover for S, Chim or Griff.
Bottom is a tool bag for jack, wheelbrace etc.
In between are storage bags, folded, for the roof panels (S series roof is in two pieces)
