Can anyone recommend an Accountant in or around Norwich who speaks plain English without too much confusing jargon and of course very reasonable in the cost department.

With respect to fees, they will be on the higher side, but if you're a larger business they can probably accomodate you better, if you're a one man band sort of thing, smaller business, then perhaps not your best option.
