Booking Your Tickets
If you have any special requirements, please call our Box Office on the telephone number below. They will be happy to help.
Carers admitted Free
If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guide with you to the Show to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge. Please make this clear to the Box Office when you book your tickets.
Live Action Arena
If you have any special requirements or are a wheelchair user and wish to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the session, please call our box office to book your Live Action Arena session. If you do not have a valid wheelchair ticket we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but you may be turned away if the session is full.
Our box office will also help find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Hearing Impairments
Induction loops are fitted to ticket sales points, information points, show guide sales points, all show feature demonstration areas, Press Office and the Organisers’ Office.
Wheelchair Hire
Electric Scooter and Manual Wheelchairs are available to hire from the NEC’s official service partner, Bartrams If you would like to hire any Mobility equipment for the Show, please click here to fill out an online form or call on 01353 778756. (phone lines are open 9:00- 17:00 Monday to Friday)

Access & Parking
If travelling by train disembark at Birmingham International Station. Access to The NEC is via the skywalk. All levels of The NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts. The Atrium & piazza entrances have automatic doors.
If travelling by car, parking is £10 for any vehicles displaying a blue badge in the nearest available car park. Additional parking is also available in the main car parks and are serviced by free shuttle buses which are accessible to wheelchairs. On arrival at The NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the main disabled parking area for the show.
Toilets
The NEC have Male and Female wheelchair accessible toilets.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any member of the Show team who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively contact the medical centre on 2222 using the internal telephone situated at the entrance to each hall.
