My Chim lives outside under a Weathershield - no problems after a year's use - no scratches where the cover stretches across the wings etc - and it dries very quickly which is useful. Folds up into a small bag. Doesn't blow off but I always run the supplied nylon coated steel tether under the car and padlock it.

There seems to be a few posts on this topic, obviously that time of year and as I've said in the others I posted this a month ago and opted for a Classic Additions cover after peoples advice, Heavy duty and fully waterrproof with air vents. Top cover and stayed put in the high winds too.
